In these video tutorials, I will show you how to begin to make your own shirts for your own teams in Xpert Eleven – The Online Football Management Game. I have made a Photoshop PSD file for you so that you can get started right away. Hopefully, you will find the file useful and the videos helpful. Good Luck.

Please feel free to ask any questions or make any comments on here. You can also contact me through my Xpert Eleven Team Website – www.fcalderman.com or alternatively, just email me directly. The videos are on YouTube so you can leave comments and questions there too I guess but, I’d prefer them here so I don’t have to check both places. :)

If you are already a member of Xpert Eleven, and you wanna show thanks for these videos, all I ask is that you could find me on Xpert – My team is FC Alderman – and if you could become a supporter, I’d really appreciate that. Thanks for taking the time.

Cheers,

Rolica..

  1. You should have stuck with Sunderland red and white stripes.

  2. Top notch ! Haven’t tried yet , but surely will try now

  3. Hi, i will trackback to your post. This is really greatful information and very helpful for me.

Hi,i have been designing my kits using your videos as a guide line, theyve been very helpful, but my only problem is saving them small enough so that they are still good quality, on the website they say it cant be more than 10k in size but when i shrink it down to that it becomes all blocky and pixelated.

Hi Mark, you must be missing a step out. No matter what strip I make, I’ve never been able to get one higher than 5kb.

Are you resizing the image first before you save? Once resized, it’s tiny. Then when it is so small – you save for web. At that point, you cannot even get anywhere near 10kb – even on 100 maximum settings. Let me know.

    Sorted, thank you muchly

  6. Ah just canny dae it!

How you doing? Even though I don’t consider myself a techowhizz or technophobe, the shirt design was just totally beyond me. Despite your clear explanations…I must just be Photoshop diddy!

Would you be interested in designing 2 shirts for me? I’d pay you of course, either in Xperteleven VIP membership or real money!

If this is something you’d interested in doing, please contact me at my email address.

  7. hi i used your template to create a shirt, which worked great only the admin at xperteleven said it had the wrong shadows!!!

    • redrolica says:

Then you must have changed the given settings for shadows yourself. I have made over 300 with these settings and hundreds more people have made hundreds more again from the settings given in these videos.

Please check closely – the shadow part of the video – paying attention to the amount of each style applied. Make sure you apply the shadow before you resize it etc. If you have further problems, send me what you end up with and maybe I can guess what you have done wrong. Thanks. :)
